$INX and $NASX historical charts are not updating. "Download Failure Error downloading historical daily data for $INX. Error: user is not authorized to execute query for one or more of specified symbols." I've tried all the Sierra Chart website suggestions on how to fix this. Please help. Best regards, Tim |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. $INX and $NASX historical charts are not updating. I followed the above instructions using the $INX symbol only. Sent Message Log on 2/7/22 (by using the Send for Analysis button) at approximately 4:53pm EST. |

I have the same issue for $INX. The message is showing: Using symbol data fast lookup vector | 2022-02-07 22:54:57.271 SC Data - All Services | Starting real-time market data updates for: $INX. ID: 1 Service code: sp.index | 2022-02-07 22:54:57.271 SC Data - All Services | Subscribing to streaming market data in the service client is not supported. Symbol: $INX | 2022-02-07 22:54:57.271 SC Data - All Services | Requesting security definition data for: $INX. ID: 1 | 2022-02-07 22:54:57.271 $INX Daily #1 | Reloading chart. | 2022-02-07 22:57:20.749 The error message I am getting is the same: "Download Failure Error downloading historical daily data for $INX. I'm also getting the same error when downloading data for $INX. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting to the data feed and still have the same issue.
