I see error message "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Market Depth requests not allowed." I have Denali service active, so everything should be fine, but it isn't. Could you help me with the issue? |

You are not setup to get any real-time data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. It looks like you were setup previously, but the last time was December 2021 for the CME Group data. If you want to get the CME Group data from us, then you would need to activate the exchanges at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Also keep in mind the requirement to connect to your trading account for the CME Group non-professional exchange fees.
