[Locked] - RIVN-NQTV and RBLX-NQTV: No daily/historical data

I am not able to fetch daily or historical data for two specific symbols: RIVN-NQTV and RBLX-NQTV.
Is this on my end or is anyone else able to repro this on their end?
I've tried deleting the daily (and intraday) files, "delete and redownload", as well as "translate to current service" menu items but it hasn't resolved the missing daily data.

what formula are you using exactly?
i would go to the custom symbols literature and FOLLOW EVERY EXACT STEP line by line..

then disconnect from data feed and re connect to data feed and it should work. make sure it is not in a second instance needs to be in your main instance to start.

Formula? Not sure what you're referring to, I'm not using any formulas.

I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting as well. This is my one and only instance. I can check the Custom Symbols but it wouldn't make sense why these two don't work but the rest of the new NQTV symbols do load.

RESOLVED - "Update From Server" didn't contain the specific RIVN-NQTV or RBLX-NQTV records. Creating them manually from an existing one and updating the values to reflect the underlying, and then using "Delete data and redownload" worked.

Looks like you need specific NQTV records for each symbol otherwise it won't pull historical data, despite using Update From Server.

We will resolve this issue. You definitely do not need to add custom symbol settings for these. There is a symbol translation issue.
