Unable to connect to Sierra Charts

I have a new machine and have installed SC. I have an existing SC account as Transact_User_domenari, which is set up for automatic payments. I can login to SC on my laptop, but I keep getting a log message (which I've sent to you) that I have to make a payment on my account. To repeat, the account is set up for auto payment!

Make sure you are logging into Sierra Chart with your correct Sierra Chart account that has the automatic payments. We can tell that you are logging into Sierra Chart with the wrong account. You are actually logging into Sierra Chart, with the same username that you started this support board post with.

Apparently you did something at your end, because I'm now able to connect. The account with auto payments is Transact_User_domenari. I had this account set up in the Data/Trade Service Settings window. I don't understand why you say that I was logging into SC with the wrong account.

Well what we did was we activated the account that you logged into this Support Board with. You need to make sure you are logging into Sierra Chart with:
Transact_User_domenari.

Be sure to change the username because the one we temporarily activated eventually will expire.
