Missing Cumulative Delta Data

After updating Sierra Chart the charts does not longer show the Culmulative Delta during times I shot down my computer. See attached image. I tried "Delete all Data and Download" but then all historical Cumulative Delta data is gone. I installed the previous version but the data is still missing. How should I proceed. Thank you.

Thank you. Cumulative Delta Volume is not working, Cumulative Delta Up/Down Tick works, also for the last two months, so I believe its a technical problem. For my understanding, If I stay with AMP and and activate Denali with Sierra Chart, I need to pay CME fees via Sierra Chart, correct? |

If you use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you will need to pay for the exchange fees through us. You can then stop the exchange fees through your broker.
