Hi guys, Hope you are all well, i've read an old thread about your brokers sierra support and Tickmill futures isn't on there, i had already emailed them and they came back to me saying they do sync with sierra platform, just wanted to check your end to make sure is right before i fund a tickmill account. I'm on service package number 5 at the moment, would you mind telling me what package i need to upgrade to please if i want to live trade off sierra but use tickmill or someone else as broker? As long as Tickmill supports order routing with CQG or Rithmic, then you can use Sierra Chart with them. If you are setup with CQG, then you can stay on Package 5. You would need to follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you are setup with Rithmic, then you would need to be on Package 10, 11, or 12 (Package 11 is the equivalent of Package 5 with the Rithmic connectivity). To change your package, follow these instructions: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to. When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.
