Hi, this morning, suddenly, I see a lot of 0s in the ask volume - bid volume studies I have on the DOM. This happens to all the contract I follow: ES, GC, CL and it has never happened before. Only a bunch of prices around current price have values different from 0. I did not change anything since yesterday aside having updated to version 2351. Can you help me? https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1643864283454.png |

I tried to install 2348 and 2331 but nothing changed so I went back to 2351. I think I do not exactly understand here the definition of historical tick by tick data in this context. I have some chart with delta values going back months (visualized as ask/bid vol difference bars on a separate panel) but I see the 0s on the DOM until basically today at 5:32:17, Brussel time. It looks more like a hole in the data than a platform setting. |
