I switched to Denali last night and paid for 6 months. How come I'm getting notices I must renew by 2/15?
How do I get Denail working ? I do not see option for Denali in Trade services. I have no feed as of now and starting to question the change.
I plan on using teton with Canon moving forward, but I'm still with infinity and I'm looking at yellow connecting in top left but its not connecting. Help please

This has not yet gone into effect. It will go into effect: 2022-02-14 23:59:59 UTC

Your account is set to renew with this package for six months:
10 - Standard + Denali Data Feed (For 6 Months) - 172.8 USD / 6 Months | 28.8 USD/Month | 20%

The cost is 172.80, but your current services balance is:
136.52 USD

Your Services Balance of 136.52 USD is too low to renew the Services activated on your account when they expire. You need a balance of at least 172.8 USD.

How do I get Denail working ?
For now follow these instructions below:

To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions.

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)

You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.

but I'm still with infinity and I'm looking at yellow connecting in top left but its not connecting.
This is a Transact connection issue which we have no control over but if you follow the instructions above, that will work around it.

and starting to question the change.
You should not question the change because you can see you have a problem connecting to Transact, and this is not something that we can resolve for you. However, when you are using our Teton order routing, between us and your broker any connection issues will get resolved promptly.
