ICEEU intraday charts (snapshot data) not loading

I am on SC version 2348. As of this morning intraday charts of ICEEU symbols are not loading, for example CK22-ICEEU, WH22-ICEEU. Alert: Download Failed Error downloading historical intraday data for WH22-ICEEU. Error: invalid symbol Can you have a look into this please? Thank you |

Thank you, that worked to reload the bar charts however the Footprint charts now do not display the volume at each price but only zeros.

Make sure the charts are using Intraday data. And make sure the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit is set to 1 tick. no thats not it. I haven't changed any charts before, also all the settings are the same as they were when it all worked 2 days ago. I can see that there seems to be a general failure updating all symbols from ICE-EU. I have not received any data for today's session.

Sierra Chart no longer provides historical Bid volume or Ask volume for ICE. Only one minute data is now available. That very well could be true and is not within our control: I have not received any data for today's session.
Almost certainly this is going to be due to exchange rules. You have to blame ICE for this. Not Sierra Chart. We cannot provide any further help here other than recommended using another provider for ICE data. Sierra Chart supports IQ Feed.
