Connect to data feed issue

For the past week or so when the markets open back up at 1500 PST (my time) my data feed will not connect for at least the 1st hour or two. During that time it says "Connecting...", but does not. I have tried the disconnect and then connect to data feed, but to no avail. It has always worked in the past, so not sure what has changed. It is now 1713 this evening and still no connect. Any light you can shed on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time an effort. Best Regards, Brett Walker |

The light we can shed on this, is Transact clearly has no regard for their customers using Sierra Chart. Either they are creating this issue, or they are not doing anything to solve it.
