SC Team - Trying to use the custom symbol ( -1*{VXX-NQTV ) - is not working with Nasdaq total view. Unable to receive the data with this custom symbol. The underlying symbol VXX-NQTV is working though. Could you please check and post the custom symbol settings for this? If it matters - using it with SC direct CME routing trading service. Message in the log file - and the chart never gets populated. -1*{VXX-NQTV} 5 Min #4 | Reloading chart. | 2022-02-01 14:51:52.610

We just tried this and it worked fine for us. Did you duplicate the symbol settings and update them as required in order to create a Custom Calculated Symbol? SC Team - I did duplicate the symbol and updated the formula. This didn't work in the Teton instance first until I disconnected the datafeed and connected again. In Delayed feed instance it worked fine without disconnect/reconnect. It's all good now. Thanks |
