Dear Sirs: I can not access Sierra Charts . I have not logged in months . I can login to my Infinity AT platform ; but ;Sierra Charts do not open .I want sierra charts to open the same way as the last time I used them .Please, How to fix this ? Thank you, Joe Nagy |

Is the Sierra Chart login screen displaying when you start your Infinity AT? Refer to the information at the following link for information on logging into Sierra Chart and what the Login window looks like: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Software Login Instructions If you are getting the login window, then make sure you are entering your correct Account Name and Password.
