how do I add btc?

You know I am stupid from our past exchanges. I have tried to figure out how to add BTC or what OFL uses which is XTUSD. Ideally I would like to add latter as OFL has created a chartbook for it. Can you please give me a link so I can add xbtusd-bmex or if I can't how get BTC I think for that I need full cme. Thank you and sorry I am stupid. KK
