Hi, I want to add CBOE Indices real time quotes. I currently have Denali, CME Group data feed along with SC service package 11 Do I need to add SC Exchange data feed? I that is true, why? I already signed up for Denali. Thanks |

In order to get the CBOE Indices, you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the "CBOE Indices" exchange. As to why - the answer is because we have the two separate data feeds. For the exchanges for which we do not have many customers (such as CBOE Indices), we get that data from a 3rd party provider. Whereas the Denali Exchange Data Feed is direct connections to the exchanges that it supports. If you just need the major indices, e.g. SP500, then perhaps you can use SC’s real-time CFD data: Sierra Chart Real Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service: Alternative to Futures Data |
