Hi, i want to trade the ZO Future.
I use the denali Datafeed and have a problem with the historical chart.
if i look at a weekly oder daily chart i see all the candels in the right formation but the PRICES ARE TO HIGH (60000)
the current Price is correct 699 . but the chart are looking horrible. (see attacht SNAP 1)
if i open a intradaychart the chart and the price are correkt (see snap2)
could you give me a tip the show the ZO in a right way?

What is the Historical Price Multiplier set to for the chart with a problem?:

the historical Multipl is 100. i have a chartbook with a quoteboard und use the chart for all instruments in the quoteboad.

The multipliers need to be set to 1. Not 100. That is the problem.

Thx, i tried it, but if i changed it to multiple 1 the chart did'nt change. see screenshots attached.
1. i change the multiple to 1
2. chart is the same
3. i reload all data
4. the mulitiple jump back to 100
5. i changed in chartsettings advance2 it again to 1
6. nothing happend.
7. i load a other instrument CT / Mulitiple there is 1 / Chart is correkt
8. i load ZO / mulitiple in chartsettings are 100 / i changed to 100 and OK
9. nothing happend.
10. i checked the instrument setting for ZO / See attached there is historical mulitple 1 ????
I don't know what is wrong. thanks for your help.

Uncheck this option in the Chart Settings:
Chart Settings: Auto Set from Data Feed (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)

Notice how the above option, is set to enabled in the Global Symbol Settings. Disable that.

And then set the multipliers back to 1 in the chart.

Sorry, but it did not work.
i tried every step you told..
but the mulitplier reset everytime to 100.
if i change in the global symbolsettings to 1 and the chart to 1 it worked for 1sec. and then the scale changed back.

Disable this setting:
Global Symbol Settings: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings)


And again uncheck this option in the Chart Settings:
Chart Settings: Auto Set from Data Feed (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) ( Auto Set from Data Feed)

And then set the Multipliers back to 1 in the chart.
