I am currently using number bars calculated values and charting the ETHUSD chart from BITFINEX which can contain values like 0.123 or 0.0123. The value appearing in number bars calculated values would be 1,230 for volume if the total value is 0.123 ETH. Is there any way this can be adjusted to display the correct decimal value?

The reason you are seeing this is because the Volume Value Format is set to a value other than 1. If you change this setting to 1, then you will see the same values in the Numbers Bars as in the Numbers Bars Calculated Values. Refer to the setting here:
Chart Settings: Volume Value Format (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)
