Intraday Continuous Contract Data has Large Gaps

I have service package 12. When I try to load intraday data to look at hourly/4hr charts I get massive gaps with missing months and incomplete contract data. I have adjusted under global trade data settings/common to allow for more days to be downloaded. I have also changed chart settings days to load to a longer period of time. I have continuous contracts also enabled in chart settings. I have also done a "delete and reload" of ALL contracts. I've been through these steps several times but to no avail. I must be missing something?

It sounds like you have done all the right things. Therefore, we would like to get a copy of the chart to take a look at it and see if we see the same issue.
