Helo Sierra, i trade via AMP and CQG. I'm satisfied so far, but I would also like to use Teton soon, because I believe that the Teton Sierra data feed works better with Teton than with a third-party provider like CQG. My problem is that I handle the ES with size 2 or 3 range bars. But sometimes the market is so fast that I have up to 5 candles per second or sometimes up to 10. You can't trade that. A friend uses Ninja Continuum and says where I have 2 seconds for a whole movement (candles about 10 pieces), he has 6 seconds and 10 candles. What I'm saying is his chart is much calmer and slower, but that allows him to trade it. Solution: Have switched to intraday data but no change? What else can I do? Is the ping time too fast or slow? If you want to slow down your chart, then you would adjust the "Chart Update Interval" to a higher number. Refer to the information here: Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu) As noted in the section linked to above, there is a Global setting for the Chart Update Interval which can be overridden on a Per Chart basis. Try changing this on a single chart first to see if you can get what you want before deciding if you want to apply the change to all charts.
