Hi Sierra Support, Just had a little confusion on the Sierra realtime data. Can you please confirm if the Sierra realtime data is through a source such as CQG or is your data completely independent of other data sources and connected to the back end exchange directly. Or any other options for that matter just wanted to double check where the feed is coming from and how it operates. Lastly can you please confirm where the historical data is getting its source from as I see some delta volume variations when comparing sources of data to the historical charts. Thanks. |

This depends upon the exchange. We need to know what particular exchanges you are interested in. In the case of the CME, the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed uses a direct data feed from the CME.
