I open market buy and market sell orders using keyboard shortcut keys. I also have a target and a stop attached order. When I press the flatten icon on the DOM, the order is flattened and the target and stop attached orders are removed from the DOM. If I click the "flatten only" keyboard shortcut key the order is flattened, but a second order stays open and the attached target and stop orders remain on the DOM. I have tried all of the "flatten" keyboard keys and nothing works to remove the target and stop attached orders. from the DOM. Is there another keyboard shortcut that I can use to replicate the DOM flatted order function. |

The Keyboard Shortcut for "Flatten and Cancel" should do what you want. It sounds like you are just using the "Flatten" keyboard shortcut, which would leave your attached orders untouched. Try setting up the keyboard shortcut for "Flatten and Cancel" and see if you are still having an issue.
