The time shown at the top of your chart is 16:48:45 and we see that you are in the United States, so you are looking at the evening session, which is much less traded. So it would not be unusual to see the kind of activity that you are for the evening session.

Still, make sure you have the correct columns displayed. We assume you want the "Current Traded Bid/Ask Volume".

Check the way the data is flowing this morning when the instrument is active and see if you still have the same issue.

No. I'm talking about "last traded size market orders" columns. Those columns located at the left and at the right side along "current price" in the middle. Between "Current price" and "Current Traded Bid/Ask Volume".
I showed that column with cursor on the screen recording and marked with red arrows on screen shot.
By compering my chart with chart provided from school live, I have reason to believe that those empty spots are actually missing numbers which my system skipping for some reason.

There are no such columns as "Last Traded Size Market Orders". We need to know exactly what the columns are that you are referencing in order to understand what you are seeing.

If you are not sure exactly what the names are, then go to Trade >> Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns to see the list of columns.

Never mind, I found that settings.
My problem was that I couldn't find correct name for that column.
Thank you for helping me!

If I may ask what fixed your issue? I have the same issue with Recent Bid/Ask Volume that you were facing. I am not sure if Sierra support is still following this thread but did not want to create a duplicate post.
