I am charting ZWK22-ZWN22.FUT_SPREAD.CME, and have the number of days to load at 480. But chart will only go back as far as 07/21. Was wanting to get past few years worth of data history for spread to chart. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1643146412835.png |

What you need to do is increase this setting to the number of days you want to download: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#MaxHistoricalIntradayDaysToDownload And then re-download the data: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. So am I to assume this is when the exchange traded spread was created? Where is historical data coming from for this spread?

It makes sense that this is when the CME started sending data for the symbol. The historical data comes from our own servers. The data is recorded from the CME.

Makes sense. Since there is much historic data on the outright contracts. Is there a way to create a spread chart out of the to outright continuous contracts, so to have a spread chart with more history. Would be nice to look to see how spread would behaved in past years.
