Volume bars on the Chart DOM still not displaying

The Volume bars on my Chart DOM are not displaying. Show Volume Bars Trade >> Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns* is enabled. My setting for Maximum Volume Bar Width Percentage (in Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings) is 70. Check box for the volume bars option is disabled in Global Setting >> Graphic settings - Global. (I'm not able to enable it.) *Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings in Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart is checked. I did see this post already: volume bars on the chart dom not displaying That's how I knew to check for my Maximum Volume Bar Width. Mine was set to 70 by default. Still, no volume bars are displaying on my chart DOM. The Trade DOM displays fine, but not the chart DOM. Maybe the problem is that the checkbox to display volume bars in Global Settings >> Graphic Settings - Global is disabled. The line item is present, but I can't put a checkmark in the box. We are able to get Volume Bars in the columns where Volume Bars are allowed to be displayed. If your problem is specifically related to the Buy/Sell columns and not being able to get the Volume bars in those two columns, then the reason for this is because they are just the "Buy" and "Sell" columns. These columns do not support the display of Volume Bars because there is no data to display. If you want to see the Volume Bars for these, then you would want to use the "Bid Size/Buy Column" and "Ask Size/Sell Column". I'm not able to get volume bars where they should be displayed. As mentioned in my original post, they work fine on the trade DOM. Specifically I have columns for: Combined Bid/Ask Size Combined Bid/Ask Number of Orders Combined Bid/Ask Market Depth Pulling/Stacking Current Traded Bid Volume *Current Traded Ask Volume These all appear correctly on the Trade Dom, but they do not appear correctly on the Chart DOM. Would you like me to give you a screenshot of the two DOMs side by side so you can see what I mean?

The problem is you did not enable the Show Volume Bars for the bid and ask size columns for that chart. We have done this, and the Chartbook is attached. Also set this setting to not too high of a number, maybe 50: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#MaxDepthLevels Do not set it to 0.
