Hello, The data is not loading, I see this message on the chart: "download historical data bars may not appear until done" I am trading on Rithmic account I use "Denali Data Feed" for data Can you help me what the problem is? I have attached log and screen capture. Thank you Miklos |

You are actually NOT getting your data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You do not have any exchanges active for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, and as for data from the CME Group, you need to connect to your live trading account at least once a month, which you have not done since sometime around February 2021. Therefore, the problem you are seeing is related to the Rithmic data. Refer to the information here: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy If you do want to get data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group, then you will need to activate the exchanges you want from the following page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges And, you will need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account if you are wanting to pay the non-professional exchange fees. You can find the verification date for this at the top of the section linked above for the exchanges.
