First, you need to setup your Sierra Chart to connect to your AMP account. AMP probably set you up to use CQG for your order routing, but they might have used Rithmic. You should have login information for whichever one you were setup with. You need to then follow through the appropriate instructions to connect to that order routing system. For CQG, follow the instructions at this link: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions For Rithmic, follow the instructions at this link: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions -- Once you have that done, then if you are just wanting data from the CME Group, then follow these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* If you want data for EUREX or CFE, then instructions for those on the same page as above, just scroll to the top and select the appropriate link for the instructions. -- Once the above is complete, then you just need to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will change the symbols of your existing charts to match the order routing service you are set to use. Hello I upgraded to Service package 10 after loading CQG as my broker provided. Do I need to go through CQG or can I use Sierra teton?

You can use the Teton order routing service but you need to use a broker that supports that.
