Use the Current Price Line Study, change the Input Data to High and the Subgraph Drawstyle to Line Extend To Edge. Duplicate and change the Input Data to Low for the "line on low".

Another easier method is to use the Study Subgraph Reference and reference the High or Low and set the Subgraph to display as a line. Then you can set the Graph Draw Type to Blank.
