Could you explain how I go about activating this given its February now. I dont see the option in the data feed section. I have denali activated if it comes with that

I updated Sierra chart to the latest version I have filled out the agreements I have enabled the NASDAQ exchange (16$ a month one) I use service pack 11 I updated symbols list I disconncted and reconnected to SC Data all services I did the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes. When I open intraday charts of MSFT or SPY it still does not stream in real time. Am I missing something? |

The symbols need to be "MSFT-NQTV" and "SPY-NQTV". Did you enter them as such?

So using that symbol brings up a chart that does has the real time price streaming on the right hand side in White. But the chart does not seem to update the bars to follow the price. I attached a picture https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1643833162368.png |

First, check your Session Times (Chart >> Chart Settings) and ensure that the last bar is not at the end of the session times. If the Session Times are correct, then select Edit >> Reload and Recalculate and after the chart comes back up let us know if the data is showing correctly or not.
