I am interested in the Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed. I understand that I can paper trade (SIM)with this data? Do I need to have a funded brokerage account open or can I use my Ameritrade which is not funded to receive real time date with this data feed? And the total monthly cost is $35 correct?

You can do paper trading with this data feed. You do definitely need to have a funded brokerage account in the case of CME data. Refer to: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#CME You can use your TD Ameritrade account. Please make sure there is 1000 USD in it. The cost is 35 USD a month plus 4 USD for the CME exchange fee. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
