Using my account on two systems using Denali Data Feed on one and SC Data on the other

SC: I am currently subscribed to service package "10 - Standart + Denali Data Feed". As far as I understood it, it is possible to use Denali Data Feed on one system to receive live data for futures and parallely use SC Data - All Services on the other system to get delayed data by 10-15 minutes of stocks of the Nasdaq. I followed all instructions described in the respective sections of the manual on setting up the delayed data feed but it is somehow not able to download the historical intraday data. A) Is it possible to do what I tried to describe above? B) And if it is possible: How do I set it up? Thank you in advance for your help! |

Yes this is true, but right now the data for US stocks is going to just be historical data only and can be set to periodically update. We will have streaming delayed data available next month. but it is somehow not able to download the historical intraday data. Regarding this:Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". The first thing we want you to do is to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds to Yes. Then select OK to close that window and then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. Let us know if you continue to have issues getting the historical data for U.S. Equities after this.
