Are any servers employed by SC (data, web services, WorldPay) vulnerable to the recently-detected Heartbleed Bug present in OpenSSL 1.0.1 - 1.0.1f transport layer security (TLS), found commonly in Apache and nginx servers? If so, do you intend to announce when a fix is installed so customers can take precautions (e.g. change password, scrub cookies) to prevent their sensitive data from being further compromised? Thank you. (See <heartbleed.com> and <http://www.bbc.com/news/technology-26935905>.) |

The Sierra Chart Web server has been patched. The open SSL in Sierra Chart which is used for some trading services has not been yet. But we are not sure yet if it is affected. Since you are using Interactive Brokers, the Open SSL in Sierra Chart is not used for that connection. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
