At https://dtcprotocol.org/index.php?page=doc/DTCMessages_OrderEntryModificationMessages.php#Messages-SUBMIT_NEW_OCO_ORDER under ParentTriggerClientOrderID there is a link to "Bracket Order Procedures" that goes nowhere.
