No orders have ever been submitted on this account (Sim or real). It is Sim only account and not in use by OEC direct platforms but it uses Production feed from OEC..

This indicates the OEC system did not previously respond to a Trade Positions request and when the Trade Positions were requested again which happens periodically, the request was not done.
