data and execution split second delay issue

I have been having problems with my data and executions having a split second delay that is impacting my trading. I already have had my internet provider out to check all the connections and have erased/clean installed windows 10. What would be my next step in trying to figure out where my issue resides? Is there log files that I can submit to Sierra Chart to see if they can help with this issue? Thank you in advance! |
