As long as the principles and values of the FairX exchange, remain, we do not think the acquisition really is a problem. And we have always long have had our intention of starting our own exchange and that eventually will come. Regarding support for Transact, refer to this thread: *Important* Priority Message to Transact Users Probably best we did maintain support for Transact until we released Teton, but now that it is out, we will be discontinuing Transact support. Regarding post #5, yes we are aware of that. Ninja trader, and tradeovate users will be using CQG and we will be raising the price to use CQG with Sierra Chart.
