Rithmic historical data (leeloo trading)

Dear Sir/madam, I am currently using sierrachart version 2280 with the DTC bridge (rithmic) to paper trade with Leeloo trading. Since this morning my sierrachart workbook only downloads 24h worth of historical prices no other historical prices are downloaded. I then tried using the most updated sierrachart version I tried to connect with the new Direct RITHMIC protocol but this time no intraday data or historical data was shown. It has come to my attention that earn2trade users, one up and other performance paid trading firms are not encountering these same problems when connecting to sierrachart. Could you please let me know if there is any procedure to download historical prices. Thank you for your help. With regards to the historical data from Rithmic, refer to the information in the following thread: Historical Data on the New Rithmic Connection This is a general issue with anyone using Rithmic. The only real solution is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
