First, we want you to update to the latest release by using these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update Then, follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. We need to contact our data provider about this. We will do that. Definitely do update but that is not the issue. We do not need to see the Message Log beyond what you have already provided.

Our data provider has been contacted about this. When the data is authorized you will need to: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
