Hello, i need Help. Today i opened a new Rithmic Livetrading account. When i Open any Symbol in the chart, theres no Chart Data, no Volume Profiles. Nothing. I Already Read every Page to this Topic and nothing helped me out. I Updated the Symbol list, i Reset the Chart, i Set new Settings in Global Trade settings, i´ve done everything what i could find to this, but nothing helps. There is no support for Continuous Futures Contract charts using Rithmic data. You need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed We see that you are, but it looks like you are not connecting to a Live funded account so effectively you are not getting any data from it for the CME group.
