Hello, i need Help.

Today i opened a new Rithmic Livetrading account. When i Open any Symbol in the chart, theres no Chart Data, no Volume Profiles. Nothing. I Already Read every Page to this Topic and nothing helped me out.
I Updated the Symbol list, i Reset the Chart, i Set new Settings in Global Trade settings, i´ve done everything what i could find to this, but nothing helps.
Please help me

There is no support for Continuous Futures Contract charts using Rithmic data. You need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed:

We see that you are, but it looks like you are not connecting to a Live funded account so effectively you are not getting any data from it for the CME group. Refer to this information here about this:
