Dear Sir/Madam am a subscriber to Sierra Chart since 2017. I have two subscriptions. One for Forex, and the other for Live Data feed for US Stock Equities. Since, last two days I have no Live Data Feed for US Stocks. Hence, I uninstalled Sierra fully and reinstalled it. Payment made for Service Package 10 for 3 months. Signed the Non Professional form along with the NYSE/ Nasdaq agreement forms. But, I still don't have Live Data feed. I have sent the MESSAGE LOG FOR ANALYSIS. I have also EMAILED the copy of the MESSAGE LOG as an attachment. I'll greatly appreciate your quick response and help in restoring the Live data feed. Thanks robbie 15. |

We have looked at your Message Log and we have checked on your account. We contacted our data provider about your account. For some reason it is not active on their system.

Ok, but the problem should not have happened to begin with. This is why we are taking full control of US stock data by offering a new data feed from NASDAQ as a replacement for the existing feed which we will be able to provide a superior level of service for. Dear Sir/Madam There was no LIVE DATA FEED ON US STOCKS DAILY CHART on Friday 01/21/2022. However, the LIVE DATA was working on Lower time frames. I have sent a message log for ANALYSIS. Can you please look into this issue. I'll greatly appreciate your help. thanks. robin. |

Dear Sir/Madam I greatly appreciate your quick response. I followed all the instructions and reloaded the chart, but still the DAILY Chart did not update. I saw on the Chart Main Settings on one of the Symbols Date range in File From: 2000-05-26 To: 2022-01-20 (The "To" date was also greyed out) Then I clicked on the radio button Use Date Range (which was blank) and entered the date From: 2017-05-26 To: 2030-05-26 and restarted the Chart. Now the DAILY Chart is updated till 2022-01-21 Was the Date Range in File an issue? Will the DAILY Chart for all Symbols update itself henceforth or is there any other way to correct this issue.? waiting for your response. thanks. |
