Hello, I use Sierra charts with Sierra data, my Broker is Interactive Brokers. I trade YM/ES/NQ and EMD. When I send LMT order YM/ES/NQ, the order is sent to the exchange. It does not work with EMD (I need to confirm orders again with IB, so the orders are not sent directly to the exchange). All settings (YM/ES/NQ and EMD)are the same. Please, advice. |

When you submit an order for EMD, what is the Status of the order as shown in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders? After cancelling the order, the pending cancel does not disapeare. As in the other markets YM/ES/NQ (see picture 2). Pls advice. Premek |

The problem appears to be what is described in the last message in the Trade Service Log here: https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=SupportBoard&download=2419 The information in that line is referring to settings within Trader Workstation.
