FTSE 100 and CAC40 Futures with AMP/TTNet

When I duplicate a 30 minute chart and then change symbol to FDAX-201406-Eurex, the chart data appears. When I change the symbol to Z-201406-NYSE_Liffe (FTSE100) or jFCE-201406-NYSE_Liffe (CAC40), no chart data appears. I am using a package 5 SC instance with AMP/TTNet Trading Service and no other data subscription. My shortest chart periodicity is 30 minutes. What can I do to have 30 minute charts for FTSE100 and CAC40 futures?

Re the FTSE100 underlying, Daily and Intraday.. I use IB, where the ticker used to be Z in TWS and Z-I-LIFFE in Sierra Chart. Now that ICE have taken over Liffe, this no longer works. The ticker Z still works in TWS, so is there a new ticker to use in Sierra Chart?

Thank you. I need the Underlying Index ticker. That symbol format looks like one for Futures. (I tried it anyway, in File>Open>Intraday chart - using Z-201406-LIFFE-GBP-1000 and it came up Symbol is unknown)

For the cash FTSE use this symbol: Z-IND-LIFFE-GBP (I tried it anyway, in File>Open>Intraday chart - using Z-201406-LIFFE-GBP-1000 and it came up Symbol is unknown) You will need to contact Interactive Brokers about this and determine what the problem is. Tried Z-IND-LIFFE-GBP for new Historical chart and for new Intraday chart (1-min). Result in both cases - a blank/empty chart window
