Not Receiving Live Denali Feed ... Only Delayed

I am not receiving a live Denali feed and only getting delayed data. I was instructed to add funds to account which I did on Friday. Late for sure, but before the end of the month. I need to have my live feed turned back on as soon as possible and would appreciate that being done now.

I am not a professional! I received a notice about this last week from Sierra and they asked me if I disputed this fact. I told them that I did and that it has happened to me before ... back in 2017 ... twice ... and sent information to them about who they had me mixed up with then. I would like to have this resolved as soon as possible. I almost traded on delayed data before realizing something was wrong and not happy about this, though know you are only acting in information you get.
