problem to get real data in the first bar

Hello, i am getting missing data all the time for the first bar when trading is start (9:30 N.Y). applies for live trade and historical graph. in the attach file i display real data of volume from my broker(bottom pic) the volume i got in sierra chart (top pic) is significant lower then it need to be. it need to be about 1,000,000 and in sieera chart i got 648114 ... the next bars are correct! the problem are always with the first bar. 1.how can i fix this problem? 2.if i fix this problem, will numbers bars study show me also real data for first bar? regards |

We cannot help with these differences. There are certain types of trades that are getting filtered from the US equities data from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed because they are not supposed to be tracked as trades which are included in Intraday charts.
