Make sure you are not in Simulation mode. Refer to the following:

If this is not the issue, then open your Trade Service Log and see if there are any messages in there. If you need help interpreting what those messages are telling you, then copy and paste an example for to look at into this thread.

The Trade Service Log is not showing any specific trading issues.

Can you try to place a trade and then see if there is any information in the Trade Service Log that shows an error or reason why your trade did not go through.

User has been called and issue is resolved. They are not connected to the correct service and we have removed the TT trading account assignment from the Sierra Chart account. So a connection will not occur to the TT Based order routing system.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

I cant open any charts . I have "not connected" in the upper left corner. I tried all those steps you gave me and nothing. I havent been able to trade all day.

Did you go through the instructions at the following link to setup your Sierra Chart to connect to the Teton Order Routing Service?

In particular, is the Clearing Firm set to the proper setting for your account?

If those are correct, then you would need to check with your broker to ensure you are setup correct with the Teton Order Routing Service.
