Sierra Charts will freeze up

Hi,

I’m hoping you can help me this.
For the 4-6 weeks or so, I have been having performance issues and Sierra Charts will freeze up and when it is up and running the price is very laggy jumps 4-6 ticks at a time, but not all the time. It's probably on my end but I'm stumped.
I’ve been using this layout for the last year or so and never had an issue until about 4-6 weeks ago.
I rebuilt all my charts and now changed data feeds, tried different computers with no improvement.
I’ve downloaded the most current version and I’m using i7-11 gen 16 gig ram computer.

Is there a resource that can scan my Sierra Charts to locate any discrepancies ?
I attached a few screen shot to show this.

Start by reviewing the information at the following link:

Then, as specified at the end of that section - be sure you look through the rest of that page for other possible items that could be causing performance issues.

Also, look through your Message Log (Windows >> Message Log) to see if there are any errors related to network connectivity. Refer to the information at the following link for things to look for in your log:
