If you deactivate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, then you will get the U.S. Equities data updating at the interval defined by the setting Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Download Interval for Non-Real-Time Symbols. The lowest this can be set is every 20 minutes and the data will be 10-15 minutes behind the real-time.
