As of last Thursday afternoon, my charts are not updating with current prices. Here is my log:

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:

I have a funded account through another service (Ninjatrader). How do I validate that? I also have a funded account through Edge Clear, but do not have the data feed turned on.

Thanks for the help - I was able to get Edge Clear setup with Teton. Just want to confirm - it's not possible to connect to 2 services at the same time, correct (e.g. connecting to Edge Clear via Teton and Apteros Trading's evaluation service via the "Trading Evaluator" service)?
