Can't reload my sierra chart SIM account

Hello,

this morning i hasn't been able to reconnect to my SIM account, it tells me that i need to connect at least once per month to my LIVE account ?

it is not possible to continue to my sim account, i just payed some days ago the new month ? because i have no live account for the moment..

Therefore you will want to cancel your CME exchange fee . It will remain active until the end of the month and next month you will receive delayed data. You will still get real-time EUREX data.
