When running 2 instances of SC anyway to get the 2nd instance's trade window to be "Always on Top" so it can be below the 1st instance trade window. |

You can not do this directly, but the following "workaround" gives you what you want. Open a Trading DOM for the chart you want the Trading Window for, and then change the size of the window until just the Trading DOM is displayed. You can then set the option Window >> Always On Top for that Trading DOM to get what you want.
