Issue with chart book set up

Hi I saved my chart book after renewing credit usage to continue with data and account services however my chart book and chart set up has completely gone.
It has taken a long time to define my setting and customize my studies - is there anything g that can be done to assist from your side?

We certainly do not know what would have happened to your chartbook, but there are backups made. Refer to the following for how to access a backup copy of your chartbook:
