Historical data for custom symbol won't work

Hi, please help. I'm hoping this should be an easy one for someone out there. My intraday / realtime data works fine for a custom symbol>>> {X.US.SDEX}/{X.US.VOLI} However, the daily historical charts won't work. It will only show the current date's live data (1 bar). No historical downloads. I can download the 2 individual symbols' historical daily data, but not the custom symbol. I feel like I've tried absolutely everything in the symbol and chart settings. Thanks in advance -Matt
